Ingredients
3/4 cups white rice flour
1 large egg
1/4 cup egg whites
2 ripe bananas
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
60 grams chocolate casein protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor or blender. Combine until smooth.
Pour into a bread pan. Top with chocolate chips if using (I recommend it).
Bake in the oven at 350F/176C for 45-50 minutes, until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
