Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups white rice flour

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese

  • 60 grams chocolate casein protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor or blender. Combine until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bread pan. Top with chocolate chips if using (I recommend it).

  3. Bake in the oven at 350F/176C for 45-50 minutes, until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
